Special Prayers From The Lord

Fear Prayer:

“Lord, My heart trembles; fear has invaded my soul. It has robbed me of serenity and tranquility. In your Infinite mercy, take this weight from my shoulders and bear it for me. You instructed us to cast all our burdens upon you and Lord, I am freely casting this burden. You are strong; but I am weak. Drive away my worries and deliver me from anxiety. Quiet my troubled hear and grant me peace of mind that only You can give. Put your might arms around me and allow me to lie beside the still waters of Your Power and Your glory. Thank you Lord, for hearing my prayer. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen”

Healing Prayer:

“Heavenly father I do not pretend or presume to know YOUR ways, but I am sick and need the blessing of Your Healing Hands. You are the Great Physician, Lord and it is you I must trust in and rely on for any healing I may need. It was you who healed the sick, made the cripple walk, the blind to see and the mentally ill well. It is you, Lord, who raised the dead and no one on hearth has that ability. I humbly ask you, according to your will and divine mercy to heal me, take this illness from me and allow me to live a life of health and happiness that will allow me to serve you with great joy and pride. I believe in you and know that your power, mercy and grace are limitless. Please reach out your healing hand and remove all infirmities from my body and/or mind. Restore your creation to its full health and original form. I want to be that beacon of light and your rock for my family, friends and all those I meet along the road of life. Thank you, Lord for hearing my prayer. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen”

Protection from Evil Prayer:

“Heavenly Father, I come before with knees bowed. The world is full of evil and it stalks all your children at every turn. Lord, I feel as though it is stalking me relentlessly. If I have backslidden, Lord I ask that you come into my heart and forgive me my sins. I ask that you wrap your arms around me, send your angels to protect me from the evil that stalks me continuously. Set me free to be what you want me to be with out interference from those that are evil . Please keep the evil one and his minions where they rightfully belong. Break them with the power of your righteousness and deliver my soul from the treachery and peril of all evil. Help me o always keep my heart, soul and mind on you, so that evil thoughts may never enter in and evil and sinful acts never take form. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.”

Poverty Prayer:

“Heavenly Father, Lord you always know the needs of your children. Lord, My family and I are in Abject poverty and we humbly ask you to deliver us from it and guide us to the means that will provide us with the means to provide us with food, clothing, shelter, medical care and a means to pay what is necessary to sustain us. We do not want to be rich; just to have a life that will allows us what we truly need to survive. We will do as you instruct us and according to your will. We will listen for your voice and be as obedient servants to you. Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen.”

(Note: For those who are not saved and use this prayer or any prayer – first find redemption through salvation – The Lord will bless you far more than if you were not. If you are not saved then He will bless you and your prayer, according to His will and purpose, in the “hopes” of you coming to redemption, by showing you His grace, love and mercy.)

Eternal Peace Prayer:

“Heavenly Father, Gracious Lord; my whole being is in turmoil and I need the peace that only you can give. There is always a dark cloud of doom hanging over me and all your children who lack peace. Guide us and teach us that you are the only key to rue peace and it is a peace that lies only in you. Teach us how to turn the tools of evil brought against us into the tools in Your toolbox to helps us show mercy, caring and compassion to all people. Please protect those who are in the midst of war and give them a peace that “passeth all understanding.” Protect those who are sent to fight wars in foreign lands. Give the peace, courage and strength to do that which is according to your will. Comfort them and their families. Bring peace to those who have lost their sons, daughters, fathers, uncle, aunts nieces, nephews, grandparents to the ravages of war. Bring peace to all nations and the good and Godly sense to bring it about with righteous means. Please Lord, I know that your chosen people and land is the Jewish nation and Israel and I ask for you peace to come upon them so it will everlasting to everlasting. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen.”

Thanksgiving Prayer:

Lord, we humbly come before you to offer this prayer of thanksgiving. We try to remember to thank you each day for the blessings you give us from the rising of the sun to the strength to get through each day and remain faithful and trusting in you. Today, is a special day to offer extra thanks for all that you do, and to invite you to share our table with us, as we do every day. We humbly thank you for caring, forgiving and loving us every day pf our lives. Thank you for using us to be your messengers of hope and life to others. Thank you for friends, family and the meeting of strangers, to whom we can bear witness to the truth. Thank you for allowing us another day to see our sunrises and moonrises. Thank you for the stars that shine like diamonds in your heaven. Thank you for the rain that washes our faces in your glory and the snow that purifies. Thank you for the colors of fall, the beauty of spring and the warmth of summer. Thank you for the colors of the rainbow that is a reminder of your promise to Noah never to flood the entire earth again. Than you for the thunder and lightening that reminds us of your power and glory. Thank you for creating us in your image. Most of all Lord thank you for Christmas that reminds of us the birth of your son, Jesus Christ and for Easter that reminds us of His death and why he died for us. Thank you for giving us your only begotten son out of your great love for us, so that we may have redemption and life everlasting. Thank you for always watching over us, protecting us, and helping us to continue to walk the narrow path that allows us to enter the narrow gate. Thank you from keeping us from straying to that broad road the leads to destruction. With all these gifts of love and grace, we thank you and we know we owe you our lives and souls. We give them to you without hesitation, question or doubt. Thank You Lord for loving us and caring about us. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen.”

Prayer For Your Country:

“Heavenly father, we come before you to ask for prayer for our country and its government (whatever country you are from). We ask that you make it YOUR country and bring godly wisdom and courage to the leaders of our country. Lord, there is too much unrest and power and greed and we need you to destroy it and give us your peace. Lord, too many in our country have died in wars and from persecution. We need you to intervene and put a stop to this, so there is no more war and we can worship you in peace and with out fear. Turn our country and its governments around and make our country into YOUR nation, and Your country that is ruled by you and you alone with those that you put in place to carry out your commandments. Destroy all that is not pleasing in your sight and the evil that abounds. Lord, we plead that you will show mercy on your children who are faithful and true to you and try earnestly to obey all that you taught us and teach us each day of our lives. Without you, we are nothing more than dust and evil. With you we are everything unto Your everlasting glory. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen”

Prayer For Sorrow and Grief:

“Dear Lord; I come to you out of deep sorrow and grief. I am grieving the loss of a loved one and I need your peace. I know that we are born and that we die, when our time comes, but the pain is so hard to bear. Lord, only you know if my loved one had received your gift of salvation before leaving this earth. The peace I seek is in knowing that they are with you in heaven That you will also bring me a peace in my grief and the grief of the rest of my family that was left behind to carry on. Lord, if they weren’t saved, then Lord I need your peace for that as well. The family and I need your peace that passeth all understanding and to be lead to the still waters of your love and mercy. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen”

Prayer For the Lost:

“ Heavenly Father; we come before you to pray for those who yet remain lost to your kingdom. We pray that you will continually send your messengers to them, so they may make the right choice and receive your gift of Salvation. Lord, we know how your heart breaks every time one of your children is forever lost. It is always our fervent prayer that not one more soul is forever lost. Father, we know your word tells us that heaven will only have one-third of all the souls that ever lived on this earth since it’s beginning and the rest will be forever condemned. We also know that if we believe and pray that maybe, just maybe things will not be that way and there will be more souls in heaven than hell. Lord fill us with the righteous spirit to reach out to all the lost ad try to guide them to your wonderful gift of redemption, for that is truly the only key to heaven as you told Nicodemus in John 3: 1-8. We place ourselves in your hands to guide us to the lost and to give us the right seeds to plant so they too may have everlasting life. In Jesus Name, we pray. Amen.”

Prayer Of Salvation: (Sinner’s Prayer):

"Our Father in heaven, I know that I am a sinner and I know that the penalty of sin is death. not only in this world, but in the next as well. I come before you to seek salvation and to confess my sins before you and before mankind. Forgive me, my Father, for all my sins, wash me as white as snow. Baptized me in the water and in the Holy Spirit. Make me one of your children, Lord; for this is my heartfelt prayer. Enter my name into your book of life, so that I may dwell with you forever. Be my teacher and guide; for it is now that I completely surrender all that I am and all that I have and all that you wish me to be, completely to you. I acknowledge that you are the Lord and Savior of this world. I acknowledge that you took upon yourself and bore the sins of the world. I acknowledge that you were the great sacrifice for the sins of all mankind and that price was paid at Calvary. I further acknowledge that my sins are paid for in full by your sacrifice and that with my true repentance comes the gift of eternal life. Father, save me now! make me whole and a permanent part of your family, forever! Amen"
